Neal was awesome! I can't say enough how helpful and patient Neal was through the process of not only buying our house, but selling our condo as well. He made the process so easy to understand and was able to explain and answer any questions we had. He really had our best interests at the forefront and never once did we feel like a customer, but someone that was genuinely helping us. You don't find this often. The experience we had was fantastic! Neal and Mia both made the home buying experience easy, fun, and they were able to explain the process to us all along the way and really had our interests in mind. In our last purchase years ago with another realtor/company, we learned that this is not always the case. Neal and Mia were always available and were always quick to respond to comments, concerns, and questions. They made it so we could really focus on finding a home that we wanted. There was no pressure through the entire process and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was a great experience, we at no point felt that we were a commission or a sale. They genuinely just wanted to help us to find our perfect home. This type of commitment to the customer is hard to come by and we feel we were very lucky to have met Neal and Mia. Without them we wouldn't have found our perfect home. If I ever have to buy/sell a home or know anyone that is I will call or refer Neal and Mia.
